Rick is a very experienced personal trainer, with over 10 years experience training clients at The Northern Gym in West Didsbury, and runs Personal Train Your Fitness. His sessions are personalised for each client, and are motivating, rewarding and intended to be enjoyable whilst still being challenging.
Rick believes in helping his clients build their confidence through good technique, and using full-body workouts and functional movements to improve all-round fitness, strength, balance and body control. He is level 3 personal Trainer.
Rick also has additional qualifications in *Pre and Post-Natal exercise, *Core Strength and Stability training, *Functional Resistance training, *Strength & Conditioning, *Adapting Exercise for Older Adults, *Boxercise, *Group Training in Circuits, Studio Cycling ('Spin') & HIIT High Intensity Training and *Level 3 Nutrition for Physical Activity.
As a County age-group level squash player, and 'learning' tennis player, Rick is especially well placed to help racquets players with their fitness, strength and stamina for their sports.
