Based at The Northern in West Didsbury our personal training facilities are within easy reach of Didsbury, Heaton Moor, Chorlton and the rest of South Manchester.  The club itself is friendly and welcoming, whilst the gym is light and airy with windows and doors rather than air conditioning to help keep it 'stuffy free'. The club also benefits from a flat grassy outside area at the back which is great for outdoor training, as well as having a full bar so you can take your post-workout coffee on the terrace !!
